Lauren Werther is a Director for Avison Young’s New York office.  With ten years of project management experience, Ms. Werther is responsible for project management activities throughout New York City, including interior renovations, tenant representation and capital improvements. Over the past four years, Ms. Werther has functioned as Compass’ national account manager, overseeing the design and construction of roughly 100 office locations across the country.  Prior to joining Avison Young, Ms. Werther was employed with The Walsh Company for four years and managed many high-profile and complex commercial interiors projects.  Prior to joining The Walsh Company, Ms. Werther served as Investment Sales Analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York Metro Capital Markets team where she was responsible for the valuation and sales marketing of commercial buildings in New Jersey, Westchester and Southern Connecticut.
