As a Vice President of Property Management, Virginia manages a key client portfolio consisting of office buildings and retail centers totaling approximately 600,000 square feet throughout the Triangle.  Virginia’s responsibilities include tenant retention, financial stewardship for the properties, development and implementation of budgets, contract and risk management, maintenance, marketing and construction management.  During her tenure, her experience includes management of the majority of the buildings within the team’s portfolio.  In depth knowledge of the portfolio along with the scope of Virginia’s expertise allows her to mentor property managers in all aspects of property management.

Virginia has been actively dedicated to the management and marketing of shopping centers and office buildings since 1989.   Previous experience includes the grand opening, management and marketing of a one-million-square-foot regional mall; development, marketing and management of an upscale outlet center and management, marketing and redevelopment of an upscale lifestyle hybrid center in Florida.  Virginia was an integral part of the team that developed, marketed and managed the 425,000-square-foot Mt. Pleasant Towne Center in South Carolina and served as Director of Marketing and Director of Property Management for 32 community centers. Former employers include DeBartolo, Charter Oak Partners, Madison/Marquette Realty Services and Konover Property Trust.

Virginia has been actively involved with the Alzheimer’s association for nearly a decade, serving as a team captain for the association’s annual Memory Walk.
