Portfolio Manager for Gramercy Property Trust for a rather short stent; the Director of Facilities for Mainsail Management Group for over 18 years; and was with Johnson & Johnson Medical for 15 years finishing his time there as the Facility Manager.  Fred is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the management of Class A and B office buildings, industrial and managing multiple tenants and projects.  With Fred’s background being strong on the Facility Management avenue, he is able to truly understand building and component issues, and project management.
Fred Has been a member of the International Facilities Managers Association since 1997.  He was the owner’s rep during a tenant build out worth over $20m in 2014-15 as a fortune 100 business moved into one of his properties in Tampa.
