Matt Havelock joined Avison Young in July, 2014. With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, Havelock has worked consistently with high-quality office leasing and investment sales. Representing some of Sacramento's most prestigeous tenants, Havelock worked alongside Thomas Aguer in founding Aguer Havelock Associates. Havelock has brokered more than $835 million worth of class A office lease and investment sales transactions throughout the Sacramento region.

Previously working with Capital Realty Advisors and Grubb & Ellis, Havelock has been ranked as a top producer and achieved Agent of the Year along with the Circle of Excellence Award (which recognized the top 20 brokers in the U.S.).
