Cozette Davis joined Avison Young in February 2021 as a Senior Property Manager for SkyCenter One in Tampa, Florida. She began her property management career at Vornado Realty Trust, where she worked at various class A sky-rise buildings in New York City.

Cozette moved to Tampa in 2015 and started working as a Project Controls Coordinator, overseeing all aspects of construction management for a large healthcare provider. She then joined a well-known global commercial real estate services company as a Property Manager, specializing in properties for Duke Energy.

With a background in construction and property management, Cozette has gained a strong understanding of both industries, which provides her with the necessary skills to succeed in her current role at Avison Young.
