Libby Spencer is the Marketing Coordinator for the Capital Markets brokerage team. In this role, Libby is responsible for the creation of offering memorandums, proposals, coordinating marketing campaigns and creating collaterals. She ensures on-time delivery of all collateral and marketing materials, along with prompt responses to needs throughout a transaction, effectively presenting sales opportunities to the market in a compelling and targeted manner.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Libby worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Transaction Manager at Rowand Realty, a residential real estate firm, where she managed and monitored the transaction process through interfacing with real estate professionals, clients, vendors, title and escrow, attorneys, and lenders. She is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.
