Luke Searcy joined Avison Young in the Summer of 2022 as a Senior Associate with the Capital Markets team. Luke’s primary focus is on value-add multifamily offerings and his experience includes post-renovation, new-construction, and multifamily land sales.  Luke brings nine years of experience in real estate investment and offers detailed analysis, underwriting, market knowledge and experience to his clients. 

Prior to Avison Young, Luke gained experience on an acquisition team for a multifamily firm in both a support and broker role for a commercial real estate brokerage servicing multifamily assets and owners.
