In his more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Pike Rowley has continually advocated for clients, becoming a trusted adviser, and creating winning strategies that build value and long-term success. His expertise in office and industrial leasing, property management, and acquisitions and dispositions has allowed him to leverage his expansive market knowledge to cater to his clients’ specific needs.

In his previous role as Managing Director of Avison Young’s Florida region for nine years, Pike built the company into one of the largest brokerage firms in the state through acquisition and recruiting top talent across multiple disciplines and expanded the business to 175 people across seven offices. From a standing start, he grew the region over 10 years, which in 2021 alone closed more than $2 billion in transactions and managed over 30 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space for corporate, private, and institutional clients.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Pike built and sold Property Trust Realty and Rowley Group to two prominent commercial real estate firms in Florida. He also negotiated the acquisition by Avison Young of key leadership personnel from Flagler to form the nucleus of Avison Young-Florida.

Pike attended Clemson University, where he received a full four-year tennis scholarship. He has served as a commercial real estate instructor for CoreNet Global in its educational institute and has served in Board leadership capacities with the Nova Southeastern University Real Estate Development Advisory Board, Habitat for Humanity, His House Children’s Home and Taylors Closet. Pike was the co-founder of the South Florida Office Brokers Association and served as president of NAIOP South Florida.
