Downtown Los Angeles sees incentive in tenant concessions for longer term deals

Downtown Los Angeles tenant concessions decreased by -0.8% from 2022, although it has been on the rise for the past several years. As a result of capital restrictions that have been placed on a number of office properties in Downtown LA (e.g. 333 S Grand, 707 Wilshire, and 445 S Figueroa), average T.I. outlays have decreased.
