Nashville’s office leasing seeing an increase in smaller footprints

As numerous companies adopt hybrid work-from-home models, their office space needs are changing. Nashville’s office leasing activity has shifted to smaller footprints, with the average lease size falling 28% since the pandemic.
Tenants across the board are paying more psf for office space but many are doing so with shifted mindsets on space needs- increasing shared work spaces- and putting emphasis on building amenities.
