Specializing in workplace intelligence, Asia advises clients on strategic real estate planning. She has over five years of workplace design experience helping clients identify, evaluate and implement workplace concepts. Her innovative thinking and data driven design has helped clients align their goals and work environment to reduce their real estate cost and maximize employee engagement and retention. Prior to joining Avison Young, Asia was a Designer at HLG Studio, an Interior Design firm in Atlanta. At HLG Studio, Asia was an integral part of the leadership committee and designed over 540,000 sf in combined projects.
