Bill Sullivan has more than 23 years of experience specializing in landlord and tenant representation in the Metro West and I-495 area. Bill is the exclusive agent for over 2 million SF in the I-495 area, representing a mix of office, flex, R&D, warehouse, land, and industrial sites. During his career, Bill has provided his clients a “single point of contact” for sales and leasing assignments. Bill has a passion for commercial real estate tours and is responsible for reporting on each site. Bill also has experience with build-to-suit sites, offering an opinion of value, as well as sale and lease negotiations. Bill is an active member of several Chambers of Commerce and is the Vice-Chair of the Hudson Economic Commission. From 1992-1996 Bill was one of the top salesmen for Joerns Healthcare, selling
furnishings to the healthcare industry.
