With the pursuit of excellence as the primary focus, Leslie Fellabom is a skilled commercial real estate advisor with over 30 years of experience in the industry. In 2013, Leslie joined Avison Young as a Senior Vice President specializing in office brokerage consulting services representing landlords, tenants, and investors. As an ardent and veteran collaborator, Leslie is a member of a high performing team dedicated to providing uniquely creative solutions to each assignment.

Before Leslie joined the Avison Young team, she was a partner and owner in several businesses, led operations and marketing for a professional design firm and a civil litigation and real estate paralegal. Over several decades while working with architects, land planners and engineers, Leslie gained a keen understanding and appreciation of the built environment. This distinctive competency is particularly beneficial when working with land development, new construction and renovation projects.

At Avison Young, Leslie has been a mentor in the Women's Network and is a member of the Tenant Advisory and Agency Leasing Affinity Groups. Civic engagement has been a priority throughout her career and Leslie is passionate about education improvement programs, support of the arts, quality growth and social justice initiatives.

Leslie attended the College of Charleston and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Comparative Politics. She and her husband, Tripp, live in Mt. Pleasant and they have two grown children and a grandson.
