Tom Tropeano is a Senior Vice President in Avison Young’s Charlotte office where he is a part of a team of industrial professionals who specialize in the leasing, selling, and developing of industrial properties throughout the Carolinas.

Tom focuses on sourcing industrial investment opportunities for his clients, which include occupiers, private owners, and institutional groups. Tom works on the Agency Leasing Team which is responsible for the leasing and management of over 2M square feet of industrial properties.

Prior to joining Avison Young in the spring of 2018, Tom worked as an Associate with CBRE’s Industrial Agency and Occupier Brokerage group. During his time with CBRE, Tom worked on behalf of institutional owners, national/global occupiers, and regional developers where he advised them on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties throughout the Carolinas.

Tom graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. While studying at Clemson, he completed a summer internship with the Industrial Team in Avison Young’s Charlotte office and worked with the Industrial Team in Avison Young’s Greenville SC office during his fall semester.
