Chris is a Principal at Avison Young with more than 22 years of real estate experience. He is a national tenant representation advisor who has expertise in negotiating transactions for both the public and private sector including lease renewals, restructures and relocations; building purchases; strategic planning for large consolidations; and dispositions. Chris has recently serviced clients including Oracle, CIBC, NORC at the University of Chicago, ABC Supply, BDO, Northwestern Mutual and Loop Capital. In addition to being the main point of contact for the Illinois Secretary of State’s office and their portfolio of over 125 locations, Chris has also represented public sector agencies like The County of Cook, Metra, Housing Authority of Cook County and Illinois Housing Authority. He has been at Avison Young for over 9 years and considered a top producer. Prior to joining Avison Young, Chris was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he was also recognized as a top producer.

He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois and resides in Elmhurst with his wife and four children.
