Ethan Harvey joined the Avison Young Chicago office in the summer of 2023 as an associate tenant rep broker. Ethan specializes in retail/mixed use assets as well as the rapidly growing life sciences field. Originally from nearby Evanston, IL, Ethan has always had a keen curiosity in Chicago’s architecture and urban layout which sparked his decision to pursue a real estate and law degree from Indiana University.

Ethan obtained his broker’s license in the spring of 2022 and has experience with apartment leasing in Chicago during the summer of 2022 with 33 Realty. Ethan facilitated 22 new leases with rent amounts ranging from $1400-$3000 per month.
