Judson joined Avison Young in 2022 as a Financial Analyst supporting the capital markets team and the tenant rep team.  Judson has multiple years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with experience in valuations, business development, and lease and sale negotiations.  In his current role, he utilizes his technical skillset to assist in tenant advisory, investment sale, development capitalization, and strategic advisory assignments.

Prior to Avison Young, Judson worked for MK Asset Brokerage in industrial tenant/buyer/owner representation and investment acquisition and disposition services in the Chicago area.  He completed industrial transactions with a variety of institutional investors and corporate users including Brookfield Properties, Distribution Realty Group, Crow Holdings Industrial, Lakeshore Beverage, and Tennant Company among others.

Judson graduated from the University of Colorado - Boulder with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and minor in business.  During school, Judson participated in a CU Real Estate Club trip to visit real estate companies in Singapore and Vietnam.  Judson also has internship experience in both the construction and real estate industries with Prologis and Murphy Mechanical Contractors.
