Renata Podhajski brings over twenty years of accounting experience to the property management group of Avison Young.  Her duties include oversight of the preparation, review and distribution of all financial reports and ensuring that all deadlines and financial requirements of management agreements are met for the Chicago portfolio. She also integrates the unique requirements of each owner and property into the daily operation of Avison Young established financial management system

Before joining Avison Young, Ms. Podhajski was overseeing the accounting and reporting functions for Cushman & Wakefield’s  Midwest office portfolio.  Prior to that she was a Property Accounting Manager for General Growth, Inc where she worked on the accounting for a retail mall portfolio of 6 million square feet and $150 million in Net Operating Income. She has experience with office, residential, retail and industrial real estate product types.
