As the Senior Portfolio Manager for the Chicago office, Terri is responsible for the day-to-day commercial property management operations in the Chicagoland area.

Terri is a qualified and accomplished commercial real estate professional with 30 thirty years of experience in property management and the redevelopment and repositioning of commercial real estate in downtown Chicago. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Terri was the General Manager of the 1 million square foot Civic Opera Building where she managed the redevelopment and repositioning of this iconic office property. 

Prior to that, she successfully managed the $350 million renovation of the 1.5 million square foot landmarked Montgomery Wards warehouse into “600 West”, a dynamic office, retail and parking complex housing 5,000 employees and companies including Groupon, Wrigley, Big Ten Network, TD Ameritrade and Bankers Life & Casualty.
