Brian has extensive business consulting and service expertise from a number of positions held in his 27 year professional career. He was a Principal Broker at Cresa Dallas, and is now a Principal with Avison Young–Dallas, LLC. Prior to entering into the commercial real estate industry in 1999, Brian began his career from the ground up–in multi-family construction and development. As a managing supervisor for Dal-Rite Construction, Brian was responsible for maintaining quality control and ensuring projects were delivered on time and within or under budget.

Brian has worked incredibly hard to establish himself as leading local broker in the Far North Dallas Corridor. He has been instrumental in tenant representation negotiations with an emphasis on financial modeling and maximizing city incentives for his clients. He has negotiated and managed transactions for dozens of clients such as Neurology Consultants of Dallas, Southwest Airlines Labor Union, National Partners in Healthcare, Apollo Staffing, Cotton Wealth Management Associates LLC, Noble Royalties, Inc , Cornerstone Financial Services Inc. among several others.

Brian has been focused and committed over the past 21 years on the Far North Dallas/Tollway Corridor. Because of this, he has an in depth understanding of his clients’ ever-changing and evolving submarket coupled with new developments. Through the course of two decades, Brian has successfully negotiated over 4.8 million square feet in client transactions.

Brian enjoys spending time with his family and playing a variety of sports. He is also a:
