Throughout her career, she has excelled in roles that require strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise in providing exceptional support to commercial real estate professionals and clients alike. With a strong background in administrative support, property marketing, and client relationship management, Ginger is adept at ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-notch service in fast-paced environments. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Ginger served as a Real Estate Services Administrator overseeing a portfolio of six medical office buildings. More recently, she worked as a Client Services Coordinator supporting a team of office tenant representation professionals. In this role, she was responsible for creating market surveys, compiling tour books, drafting contracts, and providing general administrative support.
