Tim Moore joins Avison Young with over 22 years of real estate appraisal, consulting experience and construction overview.  Tim began in Chicago for ten years, with valuation of most commercial and residential property types throughout the Midwest, Including Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana. Primary property types included industrial, retail and office, with secondary experience in single- and multi-family residential, subdivision analysis and special-use, including but not limited to religious facilities. Tim relocated to Colorado in 2009, initially working in single-family residential, then moving back to commercial appraisal, working with several regional firms, including Integra Realty Resources, the largest privately held appraisal company in the US, Grubb & Ellis, Butler Burgher Group (BBG) and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Since moving to Colorado, Tim continued to work with the primary properties, industrial, office and retail, and began to specialize in land development, new construction and subdivision analysis, while also working on property tax appeal and going concern valuations. Tim has expanded his territory to include the mountain and west regions, while also working occasionally along the east coast.  Tim excels with Discounted Cash Flow modeling utilizing programs including Argus Enterprise and FuelCRE.  Tim has worked with a wide variety of financial institutions, government both local and national, property managers, and lawyers on assignments to assist with financing, financial reporting, internal decision making, wills/estates, matrimonial disputes, foreclosure proceedings, arbitration, and other purposes.

Tim is a candidate for the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, anticipating completion in the 3rd Quarter of 2021, as well as holding a Bachelor of Science Degree Finance/Real Estate from the University of Arkansas.
