Bjorik Mutize joined Avison Young in February of 2024. His main area of expertise is helping drive the office’s Industrial and Logistics business development focusing on leasing and sales for private and institutional owners and occupiers. He also focuses on supporting existing clientele in the Detroit market and surrounding submarkets. Before joining Avison Young, Bjorik worked with CBRE - Minneapolis for five years, responsible for leasing a multi-million-dollar institutional Industrial portfolio, private and corporate tenant representation, and representation of developer clients for site pursuits and new construction opportunities. Bjorik’s persistence, detail orientation, and problem-solving mindset makes him valuable in providing a successful outcome for each client.
