Susan Fisher is an Associate specializing in Retail Tenant and Landlord Representation. She tirelessly works to meet her clients needs, whether that be representing a landlord to identify ideal tenants or working with small business owners to help maximize their value when establishing a retail footprint.

Susan’s success is built on her comprehensive knowledge of the Gainesville market and extensive network of relationships that she has built through community involvement, as a board member for the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) and as a member of the Gainesville Area Women’s Network (GAWN).

Prior to joining Avison Young, Susan held positions such as Executive Vice President of Retail and Director of Marketing for financial institutions in the Chicago area. She has been responsible for deposits in excess of $500 million and has led teams with as many as 500 employees. Her commitment to delivering an amazing brand experience and providing solutions that meet clients’ needs have driven her success in both banking and real estate.

Susan, who moved to Florida with her husband Brian in 2016, is passionate about volunteering with local organizations and has held board of director positions with the South Suburban Humane Society and Open Heart Magic. She enjoys antique shopping, art festivals, museums and going to concerts.
