Avison Young negotiates 21,091-square-foot lease for civil engineering firm in the Energy Corridor

Van De Wiele & Vogler will occupy the entire floor of Granite Properties’ Class A building

Houston, TX – Avison Young today announced it negotiated a long-term 21,091-square-foot (sf) office lease on behalf of consulting civil engineering firm Van De Wiele & Vogler located at One Eldridge, 777 North Eldridge Parkway in the west Houston area.

 

Van De Wiele & Vogler, the tenant, was represented by Avison Young Principal Anthony Squillante and Vice President Josh Morrow, who are based in the company’s Houston office. The landlord, Granite Properties, was represented by Jon Dutton of Granite Properties.

Van De Wiele & Vogler provides engineering for transportation, master-planned communities, water and wastewater projects, commercial, and recreational projects for private and public clients throughout Southeast Texas. The firm will be expanding its office footprint from 12,136 sf at Granite’s 2925 Briarpark to 21,091 sf at One Eldridge. The company will move approximately 50 employees to the fifth floor of its new location in Q3 2020.
