Kameron Graylee and his team are one of the premier investment sales teams for the Southern California marketplace. As lead Associate, Kameron’s role has been on the disposition and acquisition of retail investment properties on behalf of local investors, developers and owner/users. Within the Southern California marketplace, Kameron focuses on the Los Angeles and Orange County retail submarkets. He brings a broad base of marketing and investment expertise to also represent owners through agency leasing efforts throughout the region.
During his first year with Avison Young, Kameron successfully obtained eleven (11) agency leasing assignments throughout Los Angeles County, and procured a large deal with National Credit Tenant, Sunbelt Rentals. In his free time, Kameron enjoys mastering his ever-changing golf swing and spending time with family.
