Rosanne Kuder serves as the Director of Operations for Southern California and is focused on managing a high-performance regional human resources and business operations platform.  Rosanne is focused on helping us grow our business, to ensure our professionals are able to deliver best-in-class service to our clients. She assists with various financial reporting, operations, vendor management and cost management measures for better flow and efficiencies. Rosanne also works on budget development and forecasting, commission accounting, and overseeing our regional CRM platform. She also assists with marketing, events and special projects.

Rosanne joins us from CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) where she was the Business Operations Manager for the GWS-Chase account and oversaw a large team of professionals. She was responsible for Human Resources, new hires, employee status changes and annual reviews. Rosanne also oversaw finance, revenue/operations forecasting, budgets and accounting reporting, and vendor and client relations. Previous to CBRE, Rosanne was with Cushman & Wakefield (Legacy DTZ) based in their Irvine office and worked in a Business and Regional Operations Management capacity for five years. Prior to DTZ, Rosanne worked in various operations capacities at Grubb & Ellis and Trammell Crow Company.

With 28 years of commercial real estate operations experience, Rosanne brings with her a vast amount of knowledge and best-in-class tools. Rosanne is eager to help build our infrastructure and expand our platform to better serve our brokers, asset services team and our entire staff with best practices.
