James H. McCraw joined Avison Young's Memphis office as Vice President, Retail Brokerage Services in November 2019. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation for retail space across the Memphis metropolitan area. James comes to AY after previously serving as Senior Sales and Leasing Broker for The Gary Myers Company and he has over 10 years experience in business to business sales.

A former United States Marine, James is an active member of the local commercial real estate community and is deeply involved with various local community organizations.
