Sarah Sypniak joined Avison Young in 2023, bringing a unique blend of strategic commercial real estate knowledge and creative background to her role. Prior to joining the Avison Young team, Sarah has spent a more than a decade excelling in business analysis, project management, and fostering cross-functional relationships. Her expertise extends seamlessly to CRM utilization, database creation, administration and proficiencies in marketing and design.

Most recently she spent the last five years at CBRE supporting top global real estate investor clients. Her role involved ideation, meeting KPI criteria, and conducting in-depth research on new markets and sectors.
