Art McWilliams is an Executive Vice President in Avison Young’s Nashville office. Previously, he spent 15 years with Cushman & Wakefield| Cornerstone serving as a Principal and broker. He has transacted over two million square feet of commercial leases and sales, including the 226,000 square foot AT&T facility in Grassmere Park, 535,000 square foot Willis Tower and 195,000 square feet of office space representing CIGNA. 

He was a member of the Board of Governors of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, was on the founding Executive Committee of Partnership 2000 and served as President of the Commercial Division of the Nashville Board of Realtors.
