Alyssa Pardi serves as Portfolio Manager for properties in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.  She manages approximately 700,000 sf of Office and Industrial as well as mixed-use Retail and Residential properties.  Ms. Pardi has over 15 years’ experience in Property Management having started as an Assistant Property Manager.  She is responsible for the day- to-day operations including budgeting, contracts, and tenant retention.  She worked as an Administrative Manager as the liaison between the property managers and corporate staff.  Ms. Pardi has built excellent relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors.   Her main strength is resolving anything that arises promptly and efficiently.  She is a great asset to Avison Young due to her attention to detail and outstanding customer service.
