Jake recently graduated from the Virginia Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate where he also interned at Metro Commercial Real Estate.

Jake is the newest edition to the Industrial Occupier Solutions team, and he focuses on representing occupiers with industrial and flex real estate needs (i.e., high-tech and traditional manufacturing facilities, light and heavy assembly, research and development, wet and dry labs, storage and distribution).

In recent years, Jake’s team has completed more than 305 real estate transactions in more than 65 markets. These transactions have included lease renewals, lease relocations, purchases, sales and build-to-suits. They have accounted for more than 8.3 million square feet and more than $850 million in value. Jake focused on business development and transaction management support.
