Melissa Jiang is a Client Services Coordinator in New Jersey. She supports Jimo Liu with his industrial transaction management service line.

Melissa brings a wealth of experience in project management, marketing research and import/export as well as work experience in Shanghai, China. Most of her career has been spent working with the U.S. Domestic Scan Program to facilitate information sharing and technology exchange among the states and other transportation agencies. She also brings several years of experience supervising the administrative, accounting, and human resources of a provider of digital traffic data. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Management in Maritime Administration from Dalian Maritime University in China and has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. She is a licensed NJ salesperson, a licensed Professional Engineer and fluent in Mandarin.
