Shannon has over 10 years of experience in Property Management where she managed over 1.5 MM S.F of commercial class A office, industrial, and retail space. During her tenure, she was deeply involved in the day-to-day operations and oversight of over $12MM in capital improvements and tenant improvement projects.   Shannon is LEED-certified and aims to add sustainability practices wherever possible.  
 
n her role as a Project Manager, Shannon leverages her expertise in Property Management with the fundamental belief that all projects should not only look beautiful but operate after their completion. Shannon enjoys all aspects of the design-to-build process and is committed to delivering the desired intent.  She believes that clear and open communication is the foundation of every successful project.  
 
In her free time, Shannon volunteers as a trustee in her lake community.  She enjoys reading and spending time with her family at their lake.
