Alexis is an Associate in Avison Young’s New York office, specializing in tenant representation throughout New York City. She works with a wide range of companies to develop occupancy strategies through market consultation and advisory services, as well as site selection and space disposition.

Utilizing a creative and client-centric approach, Alexis helps organizations make informed real estate decisions that pair culture and headcount with their physical office space. She supports clients in achieving their short and long-term occupancy goals through a deep analysis and understanding of the factors that matter most to each organization, including flexibility, space optimization, cost reduction, and increasing return to office rates.

Since joining the company in 2022, she has already assisted several companies in successfully disposing of office space at high recovery rates and on an accelerated timeline despite challenging market conditions.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Alexis was a Risk Consultant for Crowe LLP in their financial services division. She played a pivotal role in managing and leading various client engagements focused on strategic risk appetite development, risk management in commercial lending and BSA/AML compliance.
