Jack Worth is a Director on Avison Young’s New York Project Management team. 

Jack oversees a team responsible for project management related activities in the New York metro area, including corporate interiors projects, infrastructure upgrades and capital improvements.  By identifying critical path objectives, Jack establishes budgets and schedules tailored to propel a project from conception through completion. Drawing on a wide range of experience in commercial and residential projects, Jack is able to anticipate obstacles and coordinate with team members accordingly to ensure the successful realization of the project.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jack served as Head of Construction Management – North East for Copperline Partners where he managed a slate of high-end residential renovations and ground up projects, including the largest Loft Law building in New York City. Prior to joining Copperline Partners, Jack started his career at Avison Young as an Assistant Project Manager before being promoted to Project Manager. In his initial tenure at Avison Young, Jack managed over 500K square feet totaling over $57M in project cost.
