Flavia Kanyago is a graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University’s (FAMU) School of Business and Industry. Flavia serves clients in the Central Florida market focusing on tenant and landlord representation. Flavia has had the pleasure of representing fascinating concepts such as Noire the Nail Bar in multiple Florida markets, Patients First, EDR Trust, and more. Flavia also represents regional and institutional clients such as Regency Centers.
In addition to her brokerage transactional work, Flavia is heavily involved with the real estate programs at FAMU. She is a co-founder of the first real estate program at the university and continues to be personally involved with the organization through coaching students, encouraging internships, and fostering an appreciation for the complexities of the commercial real estate industry. Flavia has accumulated years of experience in commercial real estate through working with companies such as Publix Supermarkets Inc., where she worked with the Real Estate strategy team. She also worked with the Crossman and Company leasing team.
Flavia is involved with organizations such as Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Orlando, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Central Florida District, Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
