Specializing in the Industrial and Retail Real Estate markets, Mr. Delmonico handles sales, leasing and marketing of industrial and industrial real estate in the Western Pennsylvania Market. Mr. Delmonico has been actively involved in Commercial Real Estate over the last 20 years both as a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson and as an individual owner/investor.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Pittsburgh, Mr. Delmonico had the same role at Beynon & Company Commercial Real Estate, and founded an IT consultancy that focused on delivering custom software development and other technical projects to business clients in the automotive, refractory/steel, technology/telecommunications and real estate industries.
Mr. Delmonico received a dual bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Psychology from Indiana University, Bloomington Indiana, successfully completed the MBA Essential Certificate Program from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz School of Business and is currently finishing up coursework to obtain a Real Estate Brokers License in the State of Pennsylvania.

Procured tenants (Iris Studios, Lifetime Fitness, Your CBD Store) to fill 6,000 sf of vacant space at Film Square, which is now 87% leased. • Beaver Valley Mall: Representing landlord in offering of 3-acre development site for retail ground lease or sale. • Huntington Bank: Represented landlord in 3,500 sf lease in Sewickley. • Après Boutique: Represented landlord in 2,300 sf lease in Sewickley.
