Kris Sherman has over 20 years' experience in commercial real estate in the Bay Area, with a background in property management, mortgage lending and multifamily brokerage.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Kris was the Administrative Manager for Newmark's San Francisco multifamily brokerage office, running all facets of the office operations. For 7 years in that position, he worked with a seasoned team of professionals to make that office one of the top 10 commercial brokerages in Northern California on a consistent basis. During Kris's real estate career in the Bay Area, he has also worked with Walker & Dunlop, Beech Street Capital, PNC Bank and ARCS Commercial Mortgage.
Kris has made San Francisco his home since graduating with a Bachlor of Arts from San Francisco State University. He loves the people, the beautiful views, fantasitc cuisine, and vibrant culture. He lives in the Inner Sunset with his wife and son, two cats and two pigeons.
