Professional Profile

Edward Gregorowicz joined the Tysons Corner office of Avison Young as a Principal in November 2011. For over thirty years, he has maintained a full-service federal real estate practice that includes bidding, acquisition, financing, administration and initial space alterations of more than 30 million square feet with the U.S. Government as a tenant. He has provided advice and consultation to developer and institutional clients on the federal procurement process, government lease administration issues, the acquisition and closing of financing leased to the federal government, and has served as project manager for the supervision and management of tenant-related construction after leases were awarded to his clients.  He has also worked directly with many federal agencies, including among others the GSA, VA, Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Interior and USDA.

Edward has successfully completed leases and lease construction projects across the U.S., and worked with clients under GSA’s Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), federal exchange transactions, federal enhanced-use leases, federal out-leasing and bondable leasing programs, and has worked on several high-profile complex transactions that required specific knowledge of the federal acquisition regulations, and the lease prospectus and scoring rules of the federal government.
