Jayme Tehan is a Property Manager in the Tysons, Virginia office. In this role, Jayme oversees a diverse portfolio of office, medical, and industrial assets in the Washington DC Metro area, taking responsibility for all aspects of property management, including financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and tenant relations.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jayme gained over 25 years of experience in commercial property management, including a wide range of responsibilities, such as tenant relations, project management, contract negotiations, accounting, budget management, reconciliations, variance reports, overseeing capital improvements, vendor management, engineering services, as well as involvement in acquisitions and due diligence for asset acquisition.

Jayme's extensive experience ranges from Vice President of Property Management to high-level oversight of 37 Class A to Class C commercial/condo properties in the Virginia/DC Metro, Maryland, Charleston, SC, and Florida areas, totaling over 8 million square feet.

Jayme holds an Associate of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado Springs.
