Avison Young bolsters industrial platform with addition of Director of Client Operations
Patricia Perman will spearhead growth of industrial business across the U.S. and strengthen globally
Los Angeles, CA – Avison Young today announces the addition of Patricia Perman as Principal and Director of Client Operations, Industrial. As leader of the firm’s industrial business operations, Perman will continue to grow Avison Young’s client base, amplifying the firm’s industrial footprint across the U.S. and augmenting the platform globally.

Perman brings more than 20 years of top-notch experience in commercial real estate. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where she managed daily operations for the firm’s industrial business across the U.S. Perman spent much of her career with JLL in various positions, including leadership roles in organizational management, business development, and marketing.
